The Murray, Australia's greatest river, flows across southeastern Australia from the Snowy Mountains to the Great Australian Bight on the Indian Ocean. The scenery is some of the most ancient on earth with miles of gorges, sandstone cliffs, lagoons and red gum forests as well as vineyards. Restored paddle steamers offer river cruises through South Australia, starting close to Adelaide at Murray Bridge or Mannum and going as far north as Morgan. You will pass huge lagoons teeming with birdlife, fascinating wildlife and historic Aboriginal and settler sites.

There are no cruises on this river at the moment.
